Cooperative Appraisal is a small, independent company which provides residential appraisal services in south-central Wisconsin.  Located in the capitol city of Madison, our coverage area extends as far north as the Wisconsin Dells to the Wisconsin/Illinois border (SEE MAP), and from Dodgeville to the west to Watertown in the east.

We currently have an office staff of eight, with five appraisers and one in training.  Our move from rural to central Madison in August 2001 launched another increase in our technological resources.  Our full suite of ACI appraisal software, and our electronic publishing capabilities, allow us to send our appraisals in virtually any electronic format and in full, high-resolution color.  We also continue to digitize all elements of the appraisal process to provide our customers with a simplified ordering system and rapid return of the completed appraisal.

Started in 1989, and now entering our thirteenth year in business, our appraisers have 30 years of collective experience in residential appraisal.  We uphold our commitment to fair assessments and strive to maintain a high level of integrity in all the work that we do for you.
